For a pleasant and safe stay, it is good to know the rules of the house rules. For any further information, contact the owners with confidence.

- Given the legal obligations imposed on the owners of the Holiday Home, the angle imPerfetto is exclusively reserved for the guests who occupy the apartment: access to the unauthorized is therefore forbidden; the visits of any external guests must be previously approved by the owners.

- You can take possession of the apartment after 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Different times must be agreed at the time of booking.

- Each Guest is required to keep their personal belongings and valuables in the apartment; the owners do not respond to their unfortunate abduction.

- Each Guest is responsible for his own behavior in the house and in the area surrounding it and, in the case of incidents attributable to him, he will be called to pay damages.

- Guests are given the keys to the apartment and, in case of loss and / or deterioration of the same, the owners must be promptly informed, and any costs for replacing the locks and / or rebuilding them will be charged.

- In the event of loss or damage to the apartment's equipment, furniture, appliances or equipment, the Guest is required to notify the owners without delay. If the loss or damage is attributable to the Guest, he will be required to pay compensation equal to the value of the lost object or of the damage caused.

- Before leaving the apartment, please close the door and the windows, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances and turn off the water taps.

- The owners have the right, in the absence of the guest and in special circumstances, to enter the apartment to avoid the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owners are required to promptly inform the guest of their entry into the apartment.

- Any disturbing noise from 11.00pm to 7.00am is forbidden.

- Pets are not allowed to stay.

- We invite you to comply with the rules relating to the disposal of household waste, as per the supplied table.

- It is strictly forbidden to remove equipment or parts of the equipment supplied (towels, blankets and the like) from the apartment.

- It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.

- It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or events.

- Upon arrival, after payment of the entire stay in cash, the owners will deliver the keys to the building and house door. Each guest is required to deliver their personal identification document (identity card, driving license or passport) to the landlord, who will promptly return it, so that the legal obligations are fulfilled.

- Please inform the landlord, at your complete disposal 24 hours a day, of any observation, wish or praise.
